Please use the Eligibility test pertaining to your situation. (ex..if felony conviction, use the “Felony Test”). If you have multiple convictions, (ex..DP & Felony) test for the worst conviction which in this example would be the “Felony Test”).

In order to be eligible, you must get to the point in your test where you see a button you must click on called “Start Expungement”. If you have not reached that point and unable to go any further in your test, it most likely means our system has determined you are not eligible.
